This 1/2 in calibrated pressure relief valve is used in commercial, residential and industrial applications to protect against excessive pressure in systems containing water, oil or air. It consists of a bronze body construction with NPT threaded male inlet and NPT threaded female (drain) outlet connections, stainless steel spring, brass bonnet, Buna-N disc and Buna-N O-ring. Series 530C has a calibrated adjustment feature for setting the valve to the required relief pressure and is ideal for bypass thermal expansion pressure relief (not ASME approved). It is for use in fire protection systems. The maximum pressure is 300 psi (20.67 bar). The adjustable pressure range is 50 to 175 psi (3.45 to 12.06 bar). The EB75 is a compact, iron-body pressure reducing and regulating valve designed for installations where small size and economy are important. Because of the iron body, this valve is not recommended for use in potable water applications. The EB75 comes factory set at 45 psi but has an adjustment range of 10 to 70 psi. The valve also comes in a low-pressure range of 0-20 psi. The EB-45 Series is a lead-free one 1/2 cartridge based pressure reducing and regulating valve with a bronze body. The valve construction is similar to a traditional regulator in that it retains a separate spring chamber and adjusting screw, but offers the simplicity and maintenance benefits of a cartridge based valve. The EB-45 is assembled using modular construction methods and features end connections threaded for both FIP and union in 1/2 in through 2 in sizes. The EB-45 is intended for use where supply line pressure does not exceed 300 psi (400 psi 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in). The EB-45 pressure regulators are supplied by the factory with a standard delivery setting of 45 psi. The outlet pressure can be adjusted from 10 to 70 psi without changing the spring. This regulator is suited for either cold or hot (to 180 deg F) water service.

The EB-45 series is a lead-free1 half-cartridge based pressure reducing and regulating valve with a bronze body. The valve construction is similar to a traditional regulator in that it retains a separate spring chamber and adjusting screw, but offers the simplicity and maintenance benefits of a cartridge based valve. The EB-45 is assembled using modular construction methods and features end connections threaded for both FIP and union in 1 in through 2 in sizes. A connection for a pressure gauge is also available for 3 in and 1 in models. The EB-45 is intended for use where supply line pressure does not exceed 300 psi. The EB-45 pressure regulators are supplied by the factory with a standard delivery setting of 45 psi. The outlet pressure can be adjusted from 10 to 70 psi without changing the spring. This regulator is suited for either cold or hot water service. This 1/2 in lead-free brass water pressure reducing valve is the standard model, designed to reduce incoming water pressure to protect plumbing systems and reduce water consumption for commercial, industrial and residential applications. The easy maintenance assembly consists of a replaceable seat module, NPT threaded female union inlet by NPT female outlet and a bypass feature to control thermal expansion pressure. The temperature range is 33 to 160 deg F (0.5 to 71 deg C). Suitable for up to 300 psi (20.7 bar), the pressure range can be adjusted from 25 to 75 psi (172 to 517 kPa) with the standard setting at 50 psi (345 kPa).
