Dundas Jafine's dryer to duct connector has been designed to offer a safe and efficient way to connect your dryer duct to the back of your dryer. This two piece connector is made of polypropylene containing a fire retardant additive which meets UL94 VO standard for flame resistance. This ensures a safe connection and once attached, helps the duct from being crushed, improving the air flow from the back of the dryer. The connector piece is also friction fit to the dryer for an easy connection that does not require clamps or duct tape for attachment and can be easily removed for cleaning. The connection attaching to the dryer duct is threaded to allow for easy attachment to the duct.

The kit includes a 4 in x 8 ft ProFlex? dryer transition duct a plastic connector piece as well as an optional plastic extension piece for those dryers with recessed exhaust ports. The connector and extension piece is made of polypropylene containing fire retardant additive which meets UL94 VO standards for flame resistance. Once attached, it helps the duct from being crushed and improves the air flow from the back of the dryer. Dundas Jafine space saver aluminum dryer vent ducts are ideal for use in tight fitting clothes dryer applications. The ducts allow the dryer to be placed 3 in from the wall for optimum space utilization. With a two-piece aluminum construction these ducts extend from 28 to 45 in length.

This all inclusive all metal dryer hook up kit is truly the ultimate installation kit for both the contractor and consumer. This kit includes a 4 in x 8 ft UL 2158A listed and marked semi-rigid aluminum duct, two attached all metal heavy-duty elbows and two 4 in metal galvanized worm gear clamps. The semi-rigid duct is UL 2158A labeled and approved for safe dryer venting. It is thicker than our standard non UL duct and like all aluminum ducts is totally non-combustible. New manufacturing technologies incorporated into this duct also allow for easy rotation, adding durability during installation. The two metal elbows are flame-resistant for a safe and long lasting connection and are designed to achieve tight 0 to 90 deg turns.
